4. Skill-Based Platform & Free-to-Play Model

Tirq Fantasy Cricket is a 100% free-to-play, skill-based fantasy sports platform. We do not offer real-money contests. No deposits or financial withdrawals are permitted. Leaderboards and points serve entertainment and gamification purposes only.

5. Game Mechanics & Scoring System

Users build teams using real-life players from cricket matches. Teams earn points based on actual match performance. Captain and vice-captain scores are multiplied as per rules. The platform uses third-party APIs to fetch match data and scoring details. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy and are not liable for API delays.

6. Account Creation & Responsibilities

  • Only one account is allowed per user.
  • Fake profiles, bots, or proxy logins will result in a permanent ban.
  • Users must protect their login credentials.
  • You may not transfer, sell, or share your account access.

7. Responsible Gaming

Tirq Fantasy supports healthy play behavior. We encourage breaks, non-obsessive use, and provide users the option to pause or disable their accounts. This platform is designed for entertainment, not compulsion or risk-based gaming.

8. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, collusion, or automation. If any unfair behavior is detected, the account will be flagged and removed. Repeat offenders may be permanently restricted from accessing any part of the platform.

9. Community Standards

Usernames, team names, and profile images must not contain offensive, violent, or misleading material. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive language in any form will result in instant suspension of your account.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Tirq Fantasy Cricket reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its sole discretion if any violation of terms, fraudulent behavior, or illegal activity is detected.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All branding, trademarks, logos, scoring systems, and written content on this platform belong to Tirq Fantasy Cricket. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

12. Liability Disclaimer

Tirq Fantasy is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for service interruptions, scoring inaccuracies, or third-party delays. We do not guarantee winnings, points, or uptime availability.

13. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any legal claims or disputes will be governed by Indian law. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Users agree to seek amicable resolution by contacting support before initiating legal proceedings.

14. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated on April 6, 2025.

15. State Restrictions (India Specific)

Tirq Fantasy Cricket currently does not allow users residing in the following Indian states to register or participate, due to local laws:

  • Telangana
  • Andhra Pradesh
  • Assam
  • Odisha
  • Nagaland
  • Sikkim

These state-level restrictions apply even for free-to-play skill-based platforms like ours. If you reside in any of these states, please do not attempt to create an account or access the services. Access from restricted IPs may be geo-blocked.
